Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler in Everett, WA. Earn $21.25 per hour with weekly pay and overtime eligibility. The seasonal role runs from 10/27/26 to 01/01/27, with training provided and opportunities beyond the season.

Typical shifts run about 7:30 AM to end of sort, with three options: Wed–Sun, Mon–Thu, or Fri–Tue. This active warehouse role requires teamwork and physical work lifting 30–50 lb packages.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to work weekend or holiday shifts as needed.
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks where permitted by law.
• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep work area organized and ready for action.
• Work as part of a team to reach destinations on time.

Wednesday – Sunday

Monday – Thursday

Typical Shift Length: 7:30AM – 12:00PM or End of Sort

End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

This is an active, hands-on job where you’ll work alongside your team to keep thousands of packages moving toward their next destination.

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
