Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life.
• Implement brand standards in product stories and placement to drive sales.
• Create visually engaging product displays, signage, and mannequin styling.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, and seasonal merchandise updates.
• Engage with guests to understand needs and connect omnichannel programs.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching on visual display techniques to teammates.
• Support a respectful, inclusive team environment.
