Job summary

Towne Park in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver friendly hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage.

You will greet guests, provide directions, answer inquiries, and ensure accurate ticketing and revenue handling. Shifts vary: 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm-7:00am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• 1 month related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with needs.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and deliver items as required.
• Provide directions, taxi information, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates, issue tickets, and ensure accurate ticketing.
