Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide hospitality and parking services. The role involves greeting guests, parking vehicles, assisting with luggage, and delivering excellent service during arrival and departure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 month related experience or training.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and assist with directions and inquiries.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services where applicable.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests and manage ticket information accurately.
• Maintain a courteous, attentive service mindset throughout shifts.
