Job summary

Towne is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests arriving and departing. You will assist with parking, retrieving vehicles, and handling guest luggage with care, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience across shift changes.

With a seasonal, open availability schedule, you will engage guests, provide directions and information about local amenities, and maintain a polite, professional demeanor at all times. Prior customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commuting distance.
• One month of related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assist with luggage.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; issue and collect keys and tickets.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and local amenities as needed.
