Qualifications

• Troubleshoot PC/Mac hardware and software issues across devices.
• Support Windows, Mac OS, MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Diagnose network and VPN connectivity problems clearly.
• Support Android and iOS devices including MDM platforms.
• Familiar with ITSM workflows and ServiceNow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Diagnose, document, and escalate issues with clear notes.
• Install and configure PCs, software, and peripherals end-to-end.
• Maintain printers, scanners, and rugged warehouse equipment.
• Follow SOPs for networking and information security.
