Job summary

WealthGuard USA seeks a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our Las Vegas team. You will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and set up and maintain computer systems.

This role includes remote and in-person support, installation and configuration, user training, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, has proven experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks and operating systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients both remotely and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computer systems.
• Perform regular maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Train clients on how to use new software or hardware.
• Keep accurate records of all technical support interactions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
