Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Tech Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for PC, Mac, mobile, and networked systems in a fast-paced warehouse setting in Tampa, FL. The role involves diagnosing hardware, software, and connectivity issues and documenting solutions for a broad user base.

Responsibilities include end-to-end PC provisioning, device management, and contributing to knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting PC, Mac, and peripheral hardware and software issues.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Understand TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN and VPN concepts.
• Experience supporting Android and iOS devices; mobile device management experience.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred) and network cabling basics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, VPN, and connectivity issues in a warehouse environment.
• Provide high‑quality technical support to end users with clear guidance.
• Create and maintain end‑user support documentation and knowledge base.
• Escalate complex issues with thorough detail to higher support levels.
