This role emphasizes fast-paced issue resolution, clear communication, and strong customer service. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity, assist with device management, and contribute to a knowledge base while ensuring data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3 years of technical support experience in PC, Mac, and peripherals.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Networking basics including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN.
• Willingness to travel to remote locations and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Provide end-user support for PC, Mac, mobile devices, printers, and scanners.
• Document issues clearly and assist in knowledge-base creation.
• Maintain security and confidentiality for system access.
