Fanatics is seeking a Tech Support Analyst – Seasonal to provide hands‑on support for PC, Mac, mobile, and networked systems in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will diagnose issues, document steps, and empower users with self‑service guidance, while safeguarding data and following Fanatics SOPs.

You’ll work on‑site in Frazeysburg, OH, collaborating with teams to ensure minimal downtime and a positive fan experience. Prior tech support experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a technical support role with PC/Mac/hardware software troubleshooting.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, MS Office, and Google Workspace with experience supporting tools like Zoom, Cisco AnyConnect, Box, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN, VPN; ability to diagnose connectivity issues.
• Experience supporting Android and iOS devices, including MDM (e.g., SOTI MobiControl).
• Proficiency with ITSM platforms; ServiceNow preferred; familiarity with Cat6 cabling is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; calm under pressure in fast‑paced environments.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and occasional travel to remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and document technical issues with clear details to escalate when needed.
• Collaborate across teams to diagnose issues and maintain professional relationships with users and leadership.
• Create and maintain self‑service end‑user knowledge documentation.
• Provide responsive, high‑quality support to end users with minimal disruption to operations.

• Safely handle confidential data and access controls; follow SOPs for networking and equipment use.
