Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Tech Support Analyst – Seasonal to deliver hands-on technical support for PC, Mac, mobile, printers, and networked systems in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will diagnose hardware and software issues, assist end users, and document resolutions. Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, Google Workspace, and VPN is required; experience with ITSM (ServiceNow) preferred and willingness to travel to remote locations.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in a technical support role.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Experience with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow; familiarity with network cabling a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and articulate connectivity issues clearly.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for PC, Mac, mobile, and networked systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Assist in end-user guidance and self-service documentation.
• Support Android and iOS devices and MDM platforms.
• Protect confidential data and system access while supporting users.
