The role focuses on conducting tax interviews, preparing returns, driving client growth, and supporting teammates in a fast-paced environment with virtual tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews and client interactions.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support; sales/marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support; audit representation per Circular 230 and related rules
• Mentor and support teammates
