You will conduct tax interviews, prepare returns, and drive growth by expanding services while upholding IRS and state requirements in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes client relationships and professional mentorship, with opportunities for advanced training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct tax interviews with clients in person and via virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email).
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and upsell products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation where applicable.
• Mentor and support teammates.
