H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs under the guidance of an expert team and comprehensive training. You’ll build relationships that grow stronger each year and help clients with informed financial decisions.

In this role you’ll conduct tax interviews, prepare complete returns, provide IRS support, and mentor teammates, while actively pursuing opportunities to expand services and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Mentor and support teammates.
