Job summary

H&R Block in San Marcos, TX seeks an Office Experience Leader responsible for translating directives into disciplined daily execution. You will coach Tax Advisors and CSPs, coordinate with the CCS team, and accelerate the office's seasonal tax business in-person with flexible fall part-time ramp-up and expanded winter hours.

You will manage client flow, lead coaching, and drive office growth while maintaining top-tier client service and internal readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading a team in a service or retail environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with a commitment to consultative service.
• Proven coaching ability with direct feedback and behavior change.
• Able to interpret KPI and coaching data to drive priorities.
• Proficient with MS Office and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the consultative client experience daily, ensuring disciplined execution at every appointment.
• Coach and develop in-office associates using a Coaching Roadmap and actionable commitments.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations: scheduling, capacity, and walk-in coverage.
• Lead daily huddles and communicate priorities, recognition, and essential information.
• Partner to drive office growth metrics: client count, revenue, conversion, and service standards.
