Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, direct them to the right tax professional, and help schedule appointments. You will support in-person, phone, and virtual service while maintaining a clean, organized office environment.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience in fast-paced settings and strong multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred; flexibility for multiple locations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients' needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
