Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members WOW the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of all store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing new stock for fast placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff management, and customer issues.
• Open or close the store when needed, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership in merchandising and World Recovery.
