Job summary

Five Below is looking for a store leadership team member to ensure customers have a WOW experience while supervising daily operations and staff.

You will train crew on best-in-class service, manage opening/closing procedures, and drive sales through efficient merchandising and strong team collaboration. A minimum of 1 year in management is expected, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task.

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high service standards.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking items on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations, staff, and emergencies.
• Open or close the store as needed, including cash handling and security checks.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales by improving merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform maintenance duties like cleaning and organizing stock room.
