Job summary

Five Below is seeking a leading team member in our store who can elevate customer service, train crew members, and oversee daily store operations. The role involves assisting with stock, opening/closing procedures, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

You’ll help drive sales and manage staff while maintaining store standards. The position is hourly with flexible shifts, including days, weekends, and possible overnight tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure effective performance and service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations and staff.
