Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to ensure an outstanding shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist with front-end operations, cash management, merchandising, cleanliness, safety and drive sales.

You will act as Manager on Duty during shifts, supervise store associates, and help with onboarding and training, while upholding Five Below values and providing leadership during peak season.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew deliver WOW customer experience with personal contact.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and maintains service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty during shifts and oversees store operations.
