Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to help deliver an outstanding shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, and safety while stepping into Manager on Duty duties as needed.

You will mentor crew members, drive sales, and manage daily activities to ensure efficient store performance during peak periods, applying Five Below values and delivering WOW customer service.
