Five Below is hiring for an hourly Store Manager on Duty role in a fast-paced retail environment. You will train crew, oversee daily activities, assist with receiving and stocking, and step in as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer service.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and strong communication and multitasking skills. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to drive sales are offered.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store; secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
