Job summary

Five Below in Pennsylvania is hiring for an hourly store crew supervisor role. You will lead crew members, model the BEST customer service, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout.

You will oversee opening/closing, assist with receiving, training, and daily operations, and partner with store leadership to boost sales while controlling costs. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• WOW customers through personal contact and excellent service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves full.
• Manage opening/closing procedures including security and cash handling.
• Train onboarding associates and reinforce store policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
