Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic Store Manager at our Elverson location to lead a team and deliver the WOW customer experience. You will train crew, oversee daily activities, assist with receiving and merchandising, and ensure smooth store operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Starts at $11.50 per hour with benefits explored on our site.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and maintain high service standards.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, staff, and customer service.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prepare the day.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates in policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
