• Train crew on customer service to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep sales floor updated and organized.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store as needed, including security and daily procedures.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service quality.
