Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced manager to support our store in the United States. You will oversee daily operations, coach crew, and ensure a WOW customer experience. You will train associates, manage opening/closing, and work with the leadership team on merchandising and sales growth.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates for performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling operations and staff.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance.
