Five Below is seeking a store leadership candidate to drive exceptional customer service, oversee daily store operations, and support onboarding and training of associates. You will lead by example during opening and closing duties, manage cash handling, and contribute to merchandising and sales strategies.

The role emphasizes flexibility in scheduling, teamwork with the leadership team, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and excellent service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkouts.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty; manage operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms for smooth operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
