Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store crew supervisor responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, training staff on the BEST customer experience, and overseeing daily activities to ensure a smooth operation. You will assist with receiving, stocking, and opening/closing duties, while driving sales and maintaining a high-energy, WOW workplace.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills.

• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and staffing.
