Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store operations associate in Fort Worth, TX to drive guest satisfaction with friendly service, assist with stock, and lead team members. You will train crew, handle cash and store operations as needed, and support merchandising and daily tasks to keep the sales floor inviting.

The role requires strong communication, a ability to multi-task under pressure, and at least 1 year of management experience.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact and fast, friendly service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
• Occasionally opens/closes the store, secures cash and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales, optimizes merchandising, and controls expenses.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and operations.
• Performs maintenance like cleaning and stock-room upkeep.
