Job summary

Five Below in Fort Worth is seeking an energetic leader to oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty. You’ll train crew, supervise associates, open/close the store, and ensure fast, friendly customer service.

Required: high school diploma; 1 year of management experience; strong communication, multitasking, and composure under pressure; willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Creative thinking and problem solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and training crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates; ensure duties are performed effectively and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store as needed, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms.
