Job summary

Five Below is seeking a hands-on retail leader in Fort Worth, TX to supervise store operations and guest experience. You will train associates, manage daily activities, assist with stock, and step in as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of management experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Competitive hourly pay begins at $11.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service at checkout.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service for fast, friendly experiences.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff perform duties well.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for floor availability.
• Acts as Manager on Duty; oversees operations and staff decisions.
• Opens/closes store as needed, manages cash, alarms, and security.
