Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and maintain excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store as needed, securing cash and setting alarms.
