Job summary

Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership team and help fans get the merch they love. You’ll train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and work alongside management to hit sales targets.

You’ll provide an amazing shopping experience, manage the register, help with visual standards and stock room organization, and share fashion and music insights with the team.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns and showcase product knowledge.
• Lead and support store operations when the manager is unavailable.
• Drive sales by improving KPIs such as UPT and ADT.
• Assist with planogram changes and visual merchandising.
• Manage the register and communicate shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
• Coach and train new Sales Associates for quicker onboarding.
• Maintain stock room organization and store cleanliness.
