Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder who loves music and pop culture to support the store leadership team. You’ll train new recruits, help achieve sales targets, and ensure fans can find the merch they want.

You’ll lead the floor, assist with opening and closing, process transactions, and communicate trends to management. Strong customer service, teamwork, and a high school diploma are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of music and pop culture is a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for shift duration.

Responsabilités

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits and use product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Lead and support store operations when the manager is away.
• Understand sales plans and help achieve KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Cover assigned zones, assist with opening/closing the store and maintain visual standards.
• Process transactions on the register and communicate shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising setup.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Support stock room organization and store cleanliness.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates as needed.
