Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership team and train new recruits. You’ll drive sales while delivering an engaging fan experience and ensuring products are available and accurately displayed.

You’ll use your fandom knowledge to train staff, assist with store operations, and help meet sales targets. This role blends leadership with hands-on customer service on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is required or preferred.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Ability to lead and train new associates when needed.
• Able to stand, move and lift merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Passion for music and pop culture is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return visits.
• Lead store operations and assist Store Manager when needed.
• Support achieving sales targets and KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Cover sales floor zones and assist with opening/closing.
• Process transactions and upsell using product knowledge.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.
• Communicate trends to management and HQ partners.
• Keep stockroom organized and train new sales associates.
