Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and help achieve sales targets while maintaining visual standards and a smooth register operation. You’ll use your fandom knowledge to engage customers, train new staff, and help manage planograms, stock, and store organization.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Avenger like collaboration and Captain America-like leadership.
• Able to stand and walk around during scheduled hours; ability to lift merchandise up to weight limits.

Responsabilités

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customers to return.
• Step in and step up when needed to run the store in the Manager’s absence.
• Understand store sales plan and drive KPIs: UPT and ADT.
• Cover the sales floor and assist with opening/closing.
• Process sales transactions and manage the register; communicate shortages/overages to the Store Manager.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Support stock room organization and store tidiness.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Store Leader.
