Job summary

Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership team and ensure fans can get the merch they love. Your fandom knowledge will help train new recruits and back up the Store Manager in daily operations.

You will guide the sales floor, assist with opening/closing, process transactions at the register, help with planograms and merchandising, and work to meet sales targets while keeping the store inviting and well organized.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; customer service aptitude required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Fandom knowledge in music and pop culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and knowledge to drive sales.
• Assist Store Manager and train new Sales Associates.
• Support merchandising, opening/closing, and store operations.
• Process transactions at the register and handle inventory tasks.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management.
