Job summary

Hot Topic, Inc. is looking for a Seasonal Key Holder in West Virginia to support the store leadership team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will train new recruits and help the store meet sales targets while ensuring fans can access the merch they love.

You will use fandom knowledge to boost add-on sales, assist with opening/closing, manage planograms, and communicate trends to management. This role emphasizes teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Support store leadership and assist in daily operations when needed.
• Drive sales by understanding goals and improving KPIs such as UPT and ADT.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and stockroom organization.
• Operate the register and process transactions with add-on sales.
• Support planogram changes and merchandising initiatives.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners.
• Maintain store security and prevent theft.
