• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages returns through product knowledge and customer service.
• Step in and step up to support store management and daily operations.
• Understand and help drive KPIs like UPT and ADT to reach sales goals.
• Cover sales floor zones, assist with opening/closing, and maintain visual standards.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and report shortages or overages to management.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising layout.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ.
• Work with store leadership to prevent theft and misuses of spells and wizardry.
• Maintain stockroom organization and store tidiness.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates as needed.
