Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership team and ensure an engaging customer experience for fans of music and pop culture. You’ll train new recruits, help achieve sales targets, and assist with opening/closing and merchandising.

You’ll leverage product knowledge to boost add-on sales, manage the register, and contribute to a tidy, well-merchandised store while maintaining strong teamwork with the manager and HQ partners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Superpowers in providing customer service and selling.
• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Support store leadership and help run the store when the Manager is away.
• Drive sales by meeting KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Cover the sales floor and assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and upsell.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Share fashion and music trends with management and HQ.
• Coordinate with management to prevent theft and misuse of spells.
• Keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates.
