Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wowel customer experience by personal interaction to wow customers.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure effective performance and service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Occasionally manage opening/closing duties, cash handling, lockups, and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and performance improvements.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
