Responsibilities

Wowing customers through personal contact and service.
Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
Oversee daily activities and ensure quality customer service.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the sales floor.
Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff.
Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
Drive store sales and manage expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
