Job summary

Five Below in Irving, TX is looking for a store crew supervisor to WOW customers through daily interactions and hands-on leadership. You will train associates, manage daily operations, and help maintain high standards for service and efficiency on the sales floor.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent.
College experience preferred.
Minimum 1 years of management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.

Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check-out experience.
Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
Occasionally manage opening/closing the store, securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms.
