Job summary

Five Below in Grapevine, TX is seeking a part-time leadership role to supervise crew, deliver WOW customer service, and drive store performance. You will train staff, oversee daily operations, assist with receiving, and act as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring open/close procedures are correctly followed.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication with the ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members WOW customers through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensures fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures quality customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Occasionally manages opening/closing, securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership in merchandising procedures.
• Performs store maintenance tasks.
