Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures quality customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, doors, and alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising procedures and operations.
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
