Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Train crew on BE ST customer service experience and smooth checkout.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for fast floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure cash, doors, alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
