The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position involves opening/closing the store, supervising associates, and driving sales while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsabilités

• Wow customers through personal contact and exceptional service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep shelves organized.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure a smooth operation.
