Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager or manager-on-duty candidate in Levittown, PA. You will lead crew members to wow customers, train staff on the BEST service standard, and oversee daily store operations to ensure fast, friendly checkout and top performance.

You will manage receiving, stocking, opening/closing duties, and ongoing staff development while driving sales and controlling expenses in a dynamic, value-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check-out experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning and stock room organization.
