Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in El Paso, TX to help customers find products, provide a fast checkout, and support daily store operations including stocking and merchandising.

You will engage customers, promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and participate in omni-channel tasks such as BOPIS and SFS. The role requires retail or customer service experience and physical ability to stand, lift, and move, with shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise in-stock condition
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
