Michaels Stores in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Store Team Member to assist customers, stock merchandise, and ring up purchases at the register.

You will help customers locate items, enroll them in the Rewards program, and participate in omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pick Up in Store. The role involves standing, lifting, and staying safety-aware in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling.
• Engage customers in rewards program enrollments.
• Assist with omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return / go back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
